As part of
efforts to disseminate information about the National Criminal Code (KUHP),
which will take effect in January 2026, the Gresik Branch Leadership Council of
the Indonesian Advocates Association (DPC PERADI Gresik), in collaboration with
the Gresik Regency Government, Airlangga University (UNAIR), and Wijaya Putra
University (UWP), held a National Seminar.
The seminar,
titled “Implications of the Enforcement of Law Number 1 of 2023 on the
Criminal Code and the Role of Law Enforcement Officers in Criminal Law
Enforcement,” took place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at the Gresik
Regency Government Convention Hall.
