Background

In an increasingly competitive and democratic era, there is a need for competent human resources to drive the effective implementation of development programs and good governance. The Master’s Program in Public Administration at the Graduate School of Wijaya Putra University prepares competent, professional human resources equipped with soft skills, adaptable to advancements in science and technology, and possessing moral integrity and ethical standards. In addition, graduates of the UWP MAP Program can pursue careers as academics, researchers, consultants, planners, organizational analysts, and policymakers in government and private institutions.

ACADEMIC STATUS

Formally, this program is equivalent to other graduate programs, conferring a Master’s degree (S2), and eligible students may continue their studies to the doctoral level (S3) if they are interested and meet the specified requirements.

The MAP UWP program curriculum is organized on a semester system. The total number of courses taken is equivalent to a course load of 39 Semester Credit Units (SKS), including the Final Project, with a program duration of 3 semesters (18 months).
