About Management

Landscape Image

The Management Study Program is one of the departments within the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Wijaya Putra, holding a "BAIK SEKALI" (Excellent) accreditation from LAMEMBA. This program equips students with the knowledge and skills to plan, operate, and develop businesses or organizations across various sectors, with a core focus on sociopreneurship.
Students explore vital business areas with specializations in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, and Financial Management, complemented by entrepreneurship training. Beyond theoretical knowledge, the curriculum includes practical applications, case studies, real-world projects, and competency certifications from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) to ensure graduates are career-ready.
The program also fosters creative, innovative individuals who can adapt to technological advancements, particularly in the digital business landscape.

Vision
To establish the Management Study Program as a distinguished and dignified institution rooted in research and entrepreneurial values by 2030, producing graduates with managerial expertise and a global perspective to meet societal needs at both local and national levels.

  1. Implement the Management Study Program with concentrations in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Financial Management through a professional, responsible, and adaptive approach toward advancements in science and technology.
  2. Develop management science within the existing concentrations through research activities and scientific publications based on research and entrepreneurial values.
  3. Apply management science expertise through community service initiatives driven by research and entrepreneurial principles.
  4. Establish mutually beneficial partnerships with various institutions based on research and entrepreneurial values.
  5. Implement Good Department Governance (GDG) within the Management Study Program to enhance institutional competitiveness.
