Workshop on Improving the Quality of MBKM Implementation Services for Wijaya Putra University MBKM Partners
Surabaya, November 15, 2024 – Wijaya Putra University (UWP) successfully held a Workshop on Improving the Quality of Services for the Implementation of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) which was attended by various MBKM partners. This event aims to improve the quality of MBKM implementation through synergy between universities and strategic partners.
This workshop was held at the FISIP UWP Hall, Benowo Campus and was attended by participants from the world of education and government institutions that are partners of MBKM. In her remarks, the Chairperson of MBKM Dwiyana Anela Kurniasari, SP., M.Sc., conveyed the importance of collaboration between universities and partners to support the success of MBKM.
"We believe that the success of MBKM is not only determined by educational institutions, but also by strategic partnerships with the outside world. Through this workshop, we hope that MBKM partners can provide maximum contribution to improving students' learning experiences," said the Chairperson of MBKM UWP.
Workshop Agenda This workshop was filled with various interesting sessions, including: Panel Discussion with the theme "Synergy of the World of Education and Academics in Supporting MBKM".
Practical Workshop Session, which provides technical guidance on student management in the MBKM program, such as teaching, research, and community service.
Workshop Output One of the main outcomes of this workshop is the establishment of the MBKM Partner Communication Forum which aims to facilitate communication between partners and UWP on an ongoing basis. In addition, participants also received guidelines and MBKM implementation modules prepared by the UWP MBKM team.
Head of UWP Public Relations & Cooperation Bureau, Surya Priyambudi, S.Pd., M.Pd., appreciated the enthusiasm of UWP partners and academics in providing input and innovative ideas. "We are optimistic that this synergy will strengthen the MBKM program at Wijaya Putra University, so that it can have a real impact on students and partners," he said.
The workshop ended with a networking session that provided an opportunity for participants to discuss and establish new collaborations. With this spirit of collaboration, UWP is committed to continuing to improve the quality of service and the success of the implementation of the MBKM program in the future.
