In his remarks, the Chancellor of Wijaya Putra University, Dr. Budi Endarto, M.Hum, emphasized the importance of implementing sociopreneurship values ​​in every academic and non-academic activity on campus so that it has its own scientific characteristics from other universities. "Sociopreneurship is not only about creating a social business, but also about conducting research and developing innovations to become solutions to social problems in the community around us," he said.

Various topics were discussed, ranging from the development of sociopreneurship-based curriculum, business incubation programs for students, to collaboration with various universities and the business world and industry to implement UWP's vision of "Becoming a Leading University in Research-Based Sociopreneurship Development in 2030".

At the end of the event, the UWP Chancellor invited the entire academic community of Wijaya Putra University to work together to implement the results of the meeting discussions.
