In the program, there are 20 SMEs assisted. They are given education in stages on how to manage stress well. Education is also carried out according to health protocols, and is rotated so as not to cause crowds.

"If it is not managed properly, it is feared that it will lead to protracted stress," said Head of the Mentoring Program from UWP, Nur Jannah.

Therefore, said Nur Jannah, his party then provided education to these SMEs about many things. Among them are stress management, and how to manage the stages of selling in a very difficult situation during the pandemic.

"No less important is mental, physical, and other readiness that supports so that everything can run smoothly," added Nur Jannah.

The problems experienced by these SME Jelita actors include the lack of knowledge about Gerd. From this, the solution offered is to provide education about Gerd, which later partners are expected to understand what and how Gerd is and how to overcome it.
