Student Bullying is Increasingly Rampant, FH UWP Holds Podcast with Education Experts and Psychologists
Nowadays, there are many cases of bullying against students that occur in the school environment. Ironically, among the perpetrators of bullying are parents or guardians of students who have problems with victims of bullying, as happened in a private school in Surabaya.
Seeing this phenomenon, the Faculty of Law, Wijaya Putra University (FH UWP) held a discussion through the podcast Bincang Seru (BIRU) which was broadcast through the official FH UWP YouTube channel on Tuesday, (2/12).
The speakers on the podcast involved 3 experts from different fields. The first speaker was Ika Nurfanis Anggraini, S.S., who is a teacher at Wijaya Putra High School. The second speaker was Starry Kireida Kusnadi, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist, who is a psychologist and Lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Wijaya Putra University and was hosted by the BIRU host, namely the Dean of FH UWP, Dr. Andy Usmina Wijaya, S.H., M.H.
The discussion was interesting because it examined the problem of student bullying from 3 (three) perspectives, namely the legal, psychological and educational perspectives.
