Ahead of the upcoming Leadership Working Meeting (Rakerpim), on February 18-20, 2025, a Pra Rakerpim was held with the theme "Sociopreneurship Transformation, Strengthen Collaboration, Realize Achievement." The event, which was attended by the leadership of Universitas Wijaya Putra, aims to formulate strategic steps and strengthen joint commitment in facing challenges and opportunities in this dynamic era.

In his remarks, UWP Chancellor Dr. Budi Endarto, SH., M.Hum., emphasized the importance of sociopreneurship transformation as the main foundation for achieving sustainable achievements. "Sociopreneurship is not just a trend, but a new paradigm in the world of education that focuses on creating social and economic value simultaneously. Through this approach, we can provide a significant positive impact on society while improving student education and experience," he said.

This Pra Rakerpim is a forum for intensive discussion on various aspects of sociopreneurship, starting from identifying collaborations, outputs from research and community service, and choosing specifications to realize special characteristics.

Dr. Sri Juni Woro as Vice Rector 1 added, "Through strengthening collaboration and implementing planned strategies, UWP is optimistic that it can realize proud achievements. This Pra Rakerpim is an important momentum to unite our vision and mission, and accelerate the transformation steps towards a highly competitive organization that contributes positively to society."

This series of Pra Rakerpim activities is expected to produce concrete and implementable recommendations to be formulated in the upcoming Leadership Working Meeting.
