Having Successfully Produced Quality Graduates, FBS UWP Holds Graduation Ceremony in 2025
The Faculty of Languages and Literature (FBS) of Wijaya Putra University (UWP) once again achieved success by graduating several students at the 2025 Graduation Ceremony. The solemn and proud event was held in the E2 Meeting Room of the UWP Benowo Campus.
A total of 17 students graduated and earned Bachelor of Literature (S.S.) degrees from the English Literature study program under the auspices of FBS.
In her remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Literature, Yeni Probowati, S.Pd., M.Pd., expressed her pride and emotion for the graduates' achievements. "Today is the culmination of your hard work and dedication during your studies at FBS UWP. The English literature you have mastered is not merely theory, but a window to understanding the world, building relationships, and contributing to the global community. Use these competencies to become lifelong learners and outstanding agents of social change," she said.
The graduation ceremony was also attended by the Head of Study Program and Academic Advisors.
"The process of studying at FBS UWP has shaped me not only academically but also personally. The support from highly competent lecturers and the conducive campus environment have allowed me to develop to my full potential. This is the beginning of my journey, and I am ready to apply my knowledge in the workplace," said Risqi Nur after receiving the award.
This graduation ceremony marks the end of the students' academic journey and serves as a gateway to the professional world. The Faculty of Languages and Literature, Wijaya Putra University, is committed to continuing to produce graduates who not only master foreign languages but also possess broad cultural insights, strong analytical skills, and are ready to compete at the national and international levels.
